My fiance and I were looking to buy our first home together in August 2007 and
were hoping to move in before the new year.  With the market and house sales
being the way they were, I knew we had to act quickly as many houses didn't
stay on the market long and they seemed to be continuously going up in price. 
With time being a factor and my fiance being out of town on a business trip,
this daunting task was left to me.  Thankfully, we had Scott as our realtor.

also within our budget.  He went to extraordinary lengths to maintain my
comfort level throughout the entire process and made me feel at complete ease
in moving ahead with the purchase of our first home without my fiance.  It was
